So I was shopping last weekend and found this pair of denim shorts. Yes, these are acid-washed, elastic waistband denim shorts…and yes I died a little inside when I saw them. Now I love denim shorts…I’m just the Midwest for goodness sake! But acid-washed, elastic waistband denim best belongs in the past…Thoughts?

If the fashion editors of magazines have their say, the 80s are, unfortunately, somewhat back. I think they’re trying to make things more aesthetic this time around, but incorporating elements, like cutoffs & really large glasses (eyeglasses, not just sunglasses!)…it’s madness, but I always have a soft spot in my heart for the 80s (am an 80s child). 🙂
it may not have been fashionable, but they sure looked like they were having FUN back then!
